Looking to Invest?
What will I get?
By choosing to invest in Filling Good, you are helping the community to live more sustainable lifestyle. This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme, rather it is a long term investment that is helping to address the current climate crisis.
As a shareholder you will:
Be a member of our Community Benefit Society (Filling Good);
Get a return on your investment, depending on the profit of the shop;
Be helping the local community to live a more sustainable lifestyle.
If you are a UK tax payer you may be eligible for Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) of 50% on your investment.
Who can invest?
Anyone over the age of 16, companies, and organisations can invest in Filling Good. The minimum investment is £100 and the maximum is £5,000, with each share being worth £1.
How much are you looking to raise?
Our minimum target is £40,000, and our maximum is £60,000.
If we don't manage to raise £40,000 then we will be unable to open the shop and all investments will be returned.
If we receive between £40,000 and £60,000, we will proceed with opening the shop but we may have to compromise our initial plans - e.g. the shop might be further from the town centre than we would like, the fittings may be of lower value, and/or the product assortment might be smaller.
If we receive more than £60,000, the share offer will close and no more investments will be accepted.
