A tasty alternative to parmesan cheese that can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for at least a month. Serve on pizza, pasta & salad dishes - buon appetit!

How to make

  • Put all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. 

  • Pulse until the desired texture & consistency is achieved.

  • 105 g raw cashew nuts

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
