How to cook your Soya Mince?
This non-meat alternative can be added in casseroles, stews, bolognese and curries. You can shop the ingredients you need for your recipes directly in our shop (pasta refill, pasta sauces).
For best results, pre soak in hot water or vegetable stock first to allow the mince to expand and soften, then add to your favourite recipe or sauce. Or alternatively add water/stock, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
